Benign Skin Lesions

Benign skin lesions are noncancerous bumps or lumps such as moles, cysts, or skin tags. Although they pose no threat to your health, you may find them painful or unsightly. The cost of treatment varies depending on the size and depth of the growth, as well as the number of growths to be removed. If you believe that you could benefit from a skin care procedure designed to enhance your appearance or improve your quality of life, we can help.

Cosmetic services are provided on a fee-for-service basis. If your provider determines that a surgery is not medically indicated, * the services are not provided or covered by Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and you are financially responsible to pay for them. Clinical services are provided by providers or contractors of the Southern California Permanente Medical Group. Results of services vary among patients and cannot be guaranteed. Kaiser Foundation Health Plan, Inc., and Kaiser Foundation Hospitals may receive compensation for providing facilities and/or other support in connection with these services.
